1. About the service
HACCP Flowchart helps food businesses create food-specific HACCP flowchart PDFs from information they submit. The service supports your food safety work, but it does not replace your own risk assessment, legal duties, staff training or professional advice.
2. Your account and business information
You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and use the service only for your own authorised business purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting the information you submit.
3. Credits and payment
Every genuinely new account receives one free credit once. One HACCP flowchart request uses one credit. Additional credits are sold as one-time purchases: 10 credits for £15, 25 credits for £30 or 50 credits for £50. There is no subscription or automatic renewal, and unused credits do not expire. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Credits do not have a cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
4. Failed generation and refunds
If a request does not reach our generation service or generation fails, the charged credit is returned automatically where the service records a failure. The refund is applied once and appears in your credit history.
5. Checking your HACCP flowchart
You must review every completed document before relying on it. Confirm that the food process, controls, critical limits, monitoring and corrective actions suit your actual operation and current legal requirements. Specialist or unusual processes may require advice from a competent food safety professional.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another user’s data, interfere with security, upload unlawful material or use automated methods that place an unreasonable load on the service.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may maintain, improve or change the service, these terms and credit pricing. Material changes will be communicated through the service where appropriate.
8. Intellectual property
You retain responsibility for the information you submit. You may use completed documents for the food business they were prepared for. The application, brand, templates and underlying service remain protected by applicable intellectual property law.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user information, failure to review a document, use outside its intended business or events beyond our reasonable control.
10. Ending use and contact
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict accounts used unlawfully or in breach of these terms. For questions, use the contact page linked below.
